Six of eight face no named competitor, and the flagship wayside monitoring contract was terminated by Indian Railways for non-delivery in December 2024 — proven demand, vacant seat. Regime-gated Kalman fusion with drift detection is the patentable core; manufacturing is lined up with Kaynes Technology, Mysore.
