Marut AI fuses 11 live data feeds — ground stations, satellites, fires, weather, traffic — into block-level spatial inference (50+ physical sensors become 365+ mapped localities; counts vary live by season), 6–72h forecasts, source attribution, and rule-derived municipal commands, each citing the number that triggered it and landing in a hash-chained officer record. Timed for Delhi's Winter Action Plan 2026-27, where forecast-based GRAP invocation is now Supreme-Court-mandated — anchored in a market with ₹13,865 Cr of 15th Finance Commission air-quality grants already allocated across 131 NCAP cities.
